Compensation: $240,000 – $252,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Account Directors focused on large banking institutions.
- Define and refine the GTM strategy, including account prioritization and executive engagement.
- Drive disciplined pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and operational rigor.
- Guide teams through consultative, multi-stakeholder opportunities involving security, compliance, and legal stakeholders.
- Partner with Product, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing to help customers deploy AI at enterprise scale.
- Provide structured feedback to leadership on banking customer requirements and competitive dynamics.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise sales or GTM leadership experience, specifically within banking or financial services.
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise sales teams for large revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of banking-specific risk, governance, and data security considerations.
- Technical fluency across APIs, AI/ML concepts, and enterprise software architecture.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
- Public company experience strongly preferred.

- Prior exposure to AI, developer platforms, or emerging technology categories.
- Experience across both high-growth technology companies and scaled enterprise organizations.
- Familiarity with modern banking transformation priorities like automation and AI governance.
