OE Process Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and redesign business processes to uncover AI and automation opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
• Lead and support AI initiatives from pilot and testing through deployment and scaling.
• Collaborate with process owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to implement process innovation.
• Monitor business impact, drive user adoption, and lead continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree-level education or equivalent working and thinking experience.
• 3–8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business analysis, consulting, transformation, or a related field.
• Experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience driving pilot programs, implementation, adoption, and scaling of new technologies and ways of working.
• Required languages: Swedish and English.
