Senior Business Consultant / Business Analyst

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden; flexible hybrid working model

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and Product Owners to identify strategic objectives, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and actionable recommendations.
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital products and solutions.
• Work with developers, architects, UX specialists, and other multidisciplinary colleagues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, support roadmap planning and prioritization, and monitor solution effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or in a similar role within digital, IT, or transformation environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Understanding of business processes, digital products, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience working in Agile environments with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
