What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Product Owners to define strategic objectives and improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure alignment across teams.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and UX specialists throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor solution effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant in IT or transformation environments.
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Solid understanding of business processes and technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience working in Agile environments with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making across organizational levels.
