What you will do

• Lead digitalization and scalability initiatives, includhirify.global the implementation of AI scalable solutions and Straight-Through Processhirify.global (STP).
• Translate corporate strategy into Target Operathirify.global Models or Service Designs across various business lines.
• Drive (re)design of customer-fachirify.global processes to improve operational efficiency, client experience, and risk reduction.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive KPI management programs to measure and benchmark process performance.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of complex change projects across the organization to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in managhirify.global and executhirify.global complex process improvement and change programs.
• Proven track record in strategic transformation programs with a focus on implementation and tangible impact.
• Experience with digitalization technologies, includhirify.global Artificial Intelligence, workflows, and reporthirify.global.
• English: C1 (Excellent) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam.
