TL;DR
Functional Consultant (AI): Configuring enterprise planning models, rules, workflows, and data designs on o9’s AI platform with an accent on demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and customer-specific decision-making. Focus on gathering data requirements, building analytical recommendations, and leading test-plan execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Location: Seoul, South Korea; hybrid schedule with work from home two days a week.

What you will do
- Optimize planning and decision-making for customers across high-tech, consumer goods, retail, and other industries.
- Create blueprints and business models in the o9 AI platform using planning, optimization, collaboration, and visibility principles.
- Configure models, rules, and workflows for sales planning, demand planning, S&OP, procurement planning, and related use cases.
- Design planning use cases using the o9 data model, including table structures, linkages, and optimal data designs.
- Analyze data to produce descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive insights and recommendations.
- Gather data requirements, contribute to technical design, recommend solutions for inaccurate or missing data, and lead test-plan execution and issue tracking across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise planning application tools.
- Knowledge and training in databases, including SQL Server or MySQL.
- Understanding of enterprise planning concepts and skills in one or more of SQL, MDX, or T-SQL.
- Some knowledge of Python, R, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript.
- Business-level English and fluent Korean are required.
- A bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or industrial engineering is preferred.
Nice to have
- Implementation experience with ERP, PLM, or CRM package software.
- Experience implementing supply chain management planning applications.
