What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and redesign business processes to uncover AI and automation opportunities.
• Lead AI initiatives from pilot and testing phases through to deployment and scaling.
• Collaborate with process owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to implement solutions.
• Monitor business impact and drive user adoption to ensure sustainable value.
• Facilitate workshops to turn innovative ideas into measurable business improvements.

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business analysis, or consulting.
• Proven track record in AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience driving pilot programs and scaling new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
