OE Process Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and redesign business processes to uncover AI and automation opportunities.
• Lead and support AI initiatives from pilots and testing through deployment and scaling.
• Collaborate with process owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to implement solutions.
• Monitor business impact, drive user adoption, and lead continuous improvement.
• Improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance through AI-powered ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• 3–8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business analysis, consulting, transformation, or related roles.
• Experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience driving pilot programs, implementation, adoption, and scaling of new technologies and ways of working.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required.
