TL;DR
Digital Transformation Business Analyst (AI/Automation): Identifying and implementing data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to optimize global trade processes with an accent on business requirements, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on assessing AI and automation use cases, translating business challenges into technology solutions, and supporting UAT, adoption, and change management across European operations.
Location: Hybrid working arrangements available at locations in Porto, Portugal; Dublin, Ireland; Madrid, Spain; Machelen, Belgium; Krakow, Poland; or Stansted, United Kingdom. Travel within Europe is required approximately 25% of the time.

What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process optimization, automation, advanced analytics, and AI opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Assess and prioritize automation and AI use cases across Global Trade Services.
- Translate business challenges into technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with technology teams, data scientists, engineers, product owners, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Support user acceptance testing, solution adoption, change management, and data-driven business improvement.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to connect business needs with technical solutions and maintain strategic focus with attention to detail.
- Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
- Willingness to travel within Europe approximately 25% of the time.
Nice to have
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Business analysis certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CBS, or equivalent.
- Experience with Power Automate, RPA, workflow automation, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
- Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or intelligent automation.
- Agile product delivery experience or background in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, or international trade.
