Revenue Operations Manager (HubSpot)

What you will do

• Own and manage HubSpot as a business-critical system, ensuring clean data and efficient commercial processes.
• Operationalize the signal-based lead generation engine, including enrichment, routing, and segmentation workflows.
• Build and maintain commercial reporting dashboards to provide revenue visibility, ARR forecasting, and performance tracking for finance and leadership.
• Leverage AI tools and LLM integrations to automate repetitive commercial tasks and improve account intelligence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HubSpot administration, including permission sets, integrations, and change control.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Leiden, Netherlands.
• 2–3 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, or CRM ownership.
• Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot administration and architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in finance-facing pipeline and revenue reporting.
• Proven track record of building workflow automation and managing B2B data enrichment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.
