What you will do

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for raw materials including paperboard, inks, and ticket stock.
• Build and maintain collaborative supplier relationships through performance reviews and scorecards.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Structure agreements that balance value and risk, proactively addressing supply chain disruptions.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to align sourcing strategies with product timelines.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices across procurement operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in manufacturing or paper converting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier agreement management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or paper converting.
• Experience navigating global supply markets, tariffs, and geopolitical impacts.
