Location: Hybrid. Hubs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, and Raleigh. Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, KY, MS, NE, NM, ND, RI, SD, WV, WY) or Canada.
Salary: $116,000 – $173,000 base salary range + annual bonus opportunity

What you will do
- Lead highly personalized 1:1 ABM programs for a portfolio of Strategic and Enterprise accounts to drive pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
- Partner directly with Enterprise AEs, SDRs, and RevOps on account planning, whitespace analysis, and stakeholder mapping.
- Build multi-channel engagement plans tailored to account priorities, buying committees, and competitive dynamics.
- Develop and scale AI-assisted workflows for account research, insight synthesis, and personalization of messaging.
- Define success metrics aligned to pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and revenue impact, partnering with RevOps for reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years specifically in ABM or enterprise demand generation.
- Proven track record of running 1:1 ABM programs supporting complex enterprise sales motions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing/ABM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, or Demandbase.
- Demonstrated AI fluency using tools such as Claude, Glean, or Perplexity for research and workflow automation.
- Must be based in the USA (excluding specific restricted states) or Canada.
