What you will do

  • Lead and scale the account-based marketing (ABM) strategy for high-value target accounts.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on account selection, planning, and pipeline goals.
  • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few multi-channel programs across digital, content, and executive outreach.
  • Coordinate account engagement as a quarterback across marketing, sales, product, and customer teams.
  • Translate market and account insights into targeted messaging and content strategies.
  • Build and optimize account engagement frameworks, scoring models, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation with a strong emphasis on ABM in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving actual pipeline and revenue growth through ABM programs.
  • Experience co-owning account strategy and influencing deal progression with sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, AI tools, and intent data platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Experience with field marketing or regional campaign execution.
