What you will do

• Oversee the integration, validation, and maintenance of ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 compliant corporate actions messaging.
• Manage the Corporate Actions Master database to ensure records are comprehensive, timely, and error-free.
• Identify and onboard new markets and event types to broaden the scope of corporate actions coverage.
• Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts and specialists to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Develop and refine internal procedures and quality control standards for content.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to resolve complex data issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial data operations or content management, specializing in corporate actions.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 messaging protocols.
• Deep understanding of global corporate action events and their regulatory impacts.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; expertise in SQL, XML, and SWIFT formats is a strong plus.
• US Candidates: Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or comparable financial data platform providers.
• Familiarity with other industry ISO standards.
• Experience with AI-driven analytics tools in financial data management.
• Advanced certifications such as CFA or CAIA.
