Content Manager - Corporate Actions (Financial Data)

Location: Hybrid in Norwalk, Connecticut, or London, United Kingdom. U.S. candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 annually in Connecticut; the range may differ in other locations or countries.

What you will do

• Integrate, validate, and maintain ISO 15022 and ISO 20022-compliant corporate actions messaging.
• Manage the Corporate Actions Master database and ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive records.
• Onboard new markets, event types, and data sources to expand corporate actions coverage.
• Develop procedures, quality controls, and process improvements through automation, tooling, and workflow changes.
• Analyze and resolve complex data issues in collaboration with engineering, product management, and client support.
• Supervise and mentor data analysts and specialists while serving as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial data operations or content management, including substantial corporate actions experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 corporate actions messaging protocols.
• Deep understanding of global corporate action events and their market and regulatory impacts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Expertise in SQL, XML, SWIFT formats, and data automation tools.
• Experience with hirify.global or comparable financial data platforms.
• Familiarity with other ISO standards and AI-driven analytics tools for financial data management.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as CFA or CAIA.
