Associate Manager, Content Production & Delivery, LMS

Salary: US $83,000–$110,000 per year; UK £47,000–£62,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day quality and reliability of LMS content production workflows, particularly Canvas course configuration, HTML/CSS styling and lesson assembly.
• Ensure consistent structure, presentation, accessibility and behavior across digital learning products.
• Maintain and improve pipelines that transform Word content through XML and RSuite into PDF, EPUB and LMS outputs.
• Diagnose complex transformation, formatting, configuration and rendering issues and develop lasting solutions.
• Design, test and implement publishing automation and workflow improvements, including regression testing after system changes.
• Provide escalation support, training, mentoring and documentation across Content Production, Editorial, Quality Review and Technology teams.

Requirements

• Experience in content production, digital publishing or publishing operations, with ownership of complex workflows.
• Working knowledge of Canvas or comparable learning management systems, including course configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong practical knowledge of HTML and CSS for diagnosing display, structure and accessibility issues.
• Experience with Common Cartridge, QTI or comparable digital learning content standards, plus structured content and XML-based publishing pipelines.
• Experience optimizing, testing and automating publishing workflows and resolving non-routine production or rendering issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across Editorial, Production, Quality Review and Technology teams, including mentoring colleagues.
