Content Integration Manager

Location: San Francisco, United States

Annual pay range: $120,000–$175,000, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills.

hirify.global is a legal services firm with a Marketing and Client Development team supporting firm-wide editorial strategy, messaging, and client communications.

What you will do

• Develop distribution-ready copy for major campaigns across email and web channels.
• Own daily copy editing and proofreading workflows for editorial and messaging materials.
• Collaborate with design and digital teams to align layouts and email designs with copy scannability.
• Customize messaging for target personas, including in-house counsel and private equity sponsors.
• Coordinate with Campaign Strategy to deliver proofed distribution assets on schedule.
• Execute A/B tests for email subject lines and calls to action, maintain messaging matrices, validate brand consistency, and coach Messaging Specialists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or an integrated content function.
• Professional services and/or B2B marketing experience.
• Experience creating content for evolving search environments, including AEO and GEO.
• Experience with modern content technologies, including Digital Asset Management and tools that improve content efficiency and output.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, iManage, and other firm applications after completing hirify.global orientation.
• Ability to work extended or weekend hours and travel when required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Supervisory experience.
• Prior legal industry or professional services experience.
