Vice President, GTM Strategy & Operations (AI)

What you will do

• Design and iterate on the core GTM operating cadence, including forecasting, QBRs, and annual strategic planning.
• Build complex financial and operational models to link GPU deployment schedules with the sales pipeline.
• Evaluate and implement the core GTM tool stack (CRM, CPQ) and establish strict pipeline hygiene standards.
• Orchestrate communication between Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align compute capacity with quotas.
• Distill operational data into high-level narratives and strategic presentations for Board-level reporting.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Cloud Infrastructure Operations.
• Prior success at the VP or Sr. Director level in a hyper-growth tech environment.
• Provable experience in a capital-intensive, capacity-constrained business (e.g., traditional cloud providers).
• Deep analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools for consumption-based revenue architectures.
• Strong leadership capabilities and high EQ to manage both tactical data work and C-suite strategic vision.
• Must be based in the US
