Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote flexibility within the Americas)
Salary: $225,000 - $300,000

What you will do
- Lead discovery efforts to identify business workflows and processes where AI can drive meaningful improvements.
- Build early prototypes of AI agents and automation workflows using modern AI tools to validate concepts.
- Translate prototypes and user needs into technical specifications and implementation plans for engineering.
- Define quality standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and monitoring for AI solutions.
- Establish and maintain the AI product roadmap, overseeing the evolution of internal AI platforms.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered tools through rollout strategies and continuous user feedback integration.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production software.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or generative AI solutions.
- Experience owning technical initiatives end-to-end from concept through execution (0-to-1).
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and common failure patterns.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation-driven environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar agent frameworks.
