What you will do

• Conduct tailored product demonstrations based on specific prospect requirements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for business stakeholders.
• Support scoping, discovery, and proposal review sessions to gather technical and business requirements.
• Evaluate whether client needs are met by standard product features or require custom development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop solution documentation and contribute to marketing initiatives such as webinars and trade shows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3+ years of experience in software pre-sales or sales engineering.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and field service management software.
• Technical fluency with APIs, SQL, and cloud deployment models (AWS, Azure, multi-tenant).
• Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills for web-based demos.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com, MS Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
