What you will do

• Lead contract administration, document management, and direct negotiation of vendor terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Analyze vendor quotes and renewal proposals using spend history and market benchmarks to identify cost-avoidance opportunities.
• Manage procurement data and systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Enforce compliance within the procure-to-pay system and develop comprehensive training materials for users.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through technology adoption, process automation, and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional procurement projects with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or finance.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and procure-to-pay (P2P) platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience in contract negotiation.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews in Boston or Dublin if selected.
