What you will do

• Serve as the primary business owner for third-party vendor solutions supporting Claims and Shared Services.
• Lead vendor sourcing activities (RFI/RFP), due diligence, and onboarding in alignment with enterprise governance and risk requirements.
• Establish and monitor vendor performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to improve operational throughput and customer experience.
• Perform financial and operational data analysis to identify risks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Partner with Claims leadership to align vendor solutions with workflows such as FNOL, appraisal, and total loss.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Vendor Management Department, Purchasing, or functionally related area.
• Must be based in the US; unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, including scope definition and risk mitigation.
• Experience with operational and financial data analysis and executive-level documentation.
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in vendor management, accounting, or finance preferred.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in auto or property claims operations (liability, BI, subrogation, SIU, etc.).
• Experience working with claims platforms such as Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• 2+ years of professional business analytics experience.
