What you will do

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with shippers and receivers through professional communication.
• Analyze market trends to provide accurate pricing for customer quote requests.
• Coordinate shipment statuses and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments.
• Manage day-to-day tracking, tracing, and communications via Transportation Management Systems.
• Ensure billing accuracy for invoicing and maintain operational compliance with US and foreign regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or a completed college degree.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Rogers, AR, USA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in logistics.
• Proficiency with Google Tools and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
