What you will do
- Develop and enhance professional relationships with customer executives through regular status meetings and direct interaction.
- Own all customer communication and maintain detailed documentation of client business changes and decision-makers.
- Manage portfolio attrition and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to resolve escalated issues and provide priority enhancement requests to the Product team.
- Lead preparation and execution of client meetings, including occasional on-site visits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the foodservice industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience working with CRM, Jira, and Customer Service software.
- Must be based in CST or EST time zones.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel overnight approximately 2 nights per month.
