Account Manager (Foodservice)

What you will do

• Develop and enhance professional relationships with customer executives through regular status meetings and direct interaction.
• Own all customer communication and maintain detailed documentation of client business changes and decision-makers.
• Manage portfolio attrition and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to resolve escalated issues and provide priority enhancement requests to the Product team.
• Lead preparation and execution of client meetings, including occasional on-site visits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the foodservice industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience working with CRM, Jira, and Customer Service software.
• Must be based in CST or EST time zones.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel overnight approximately 2 nights per month.
