What you will do

  • Configure and validate client benefit setups, including Benefit Orders, Benefit Products, and Member Health Plans.
  • Execute technical tasks such as eligibility file configuration, SFTP setup, and data warehouse integrations.
  • Ensure claims processing readiness through audits and perform post-go-live validation and issue remediation.
  • Partner with Onboarding and Solutions Managers to implement technical components of new client setups.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to track implementation progress through ticketing systems.
  • Maintain configuration tools and documentation to improve overall consistency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience in system configuration, operations, implementation, or system support roles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute complex setup requirements accurately.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
