What you will do

• Configure and implement enterprise SaaS solutions for energy efficiency and transportation electrification programs.
• Partner with clients to gather business requirements, support solution design, and deliver successful software implementations.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and detailed configuration documentation.
• Support system integrations using REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, and data migration.
• Execute system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, and post-launch support.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues in coordination with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code/no-code, CRM, or ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in client-facing roles.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and US location markers).
• Passion for sustainability and delivering technology solutions with business impact.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and business process automation.
• Experience in the utility, clean energy, or regulated industries.
