Salary: $84,800–$95,400

What you will do

• Perform advanced systems analysis to support hirify.global application systems and hardware.
• Document, test, and modify computer programs to enhance product functionality.
• Customize software configurations to meet specific client workflow requirements.
• Serve as an escalation point for challenging technical requests and system issues.
• Collaborate with analysis, development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure client success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software support, analytics, or services.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, network systems, and relational databases.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle.
• Strong technical computer and database management skills.
• Excellent communication and independent problem-solving abilities.
