What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between Prior Authorization operations, engineering teams, and automation vendors.
• Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements, workflow changes, and new functionality.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and decision trees to visualize current and future-state operations.
• Manage the intake and prioritization of technology requests using Jira.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), workflow validation, and bug reporting prior to implementation.
• Communicate system updates to impacted teams and support operational change management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Prior experience in Prior Authorization, Revenue Cycle, or Healthcare Billing Operations.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into clear technical or functional requirements.
• Proficiency in process mapping and visual diagramming (Miro, Draw.io, Visio, or Lucidchart).
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM/workflow platforms and Jira.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or structured project management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Basic familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or data reporting tools.
