Location: Remote within Canada

Salary: $164,706 - $195,000 CAD (Ontario base)

What you will do

  • Design, govern, and evolve sales commission plans and policies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to translate business changes into scalable compensation structures.
  • Own compensation change management, including documentation, communication, and rollout to 700+ employees.
  • Optimize commission systems and workflows using tools such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or Anaplan.
  • Drive automation across plan configuration, calculations, and audit workflows to reduce manual work.
  • Build self-serve resources, dashboards, and training materials to help sellers understand payouts and performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales compensation, revenue operations, sales operations, or finance, ideally in ad-tech or SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring others to build a scalable team.
  • Hands-on experience with SPM tools like CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or Anaplan.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret compensation data and provide business recommendations.
  • Must be based in Canada.
