Salary: $98,850 - $158,160 USD

What you will do
- Administer and support global commission programs using SPIFF and other integrated systems.
- Build and configure commission rules and route plans to ensure accurate compensation data.
- Create dashboards and analytics to provide meaningful insights into commissions earned.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and People teams to ensure market competitiveness and operational efficiency.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to increase scalability.
- Participate in annual audit requests and document compensation guidelines and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive commission experience.
- Strong proficiency with SPIFF, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics.
- Ability to influence and consult with leaders at multiple levels of the organization.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
