Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant - Technology & IT

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Salary: $84,400–$152,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, critical, and high-impact technology and IT positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on talent market intelligence and recruitment strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche technical positions.
• Coach and mentor recruiters while supporting talent acquisition initiatives and process excellence.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and use data to guide hiring strategies and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or a high school diploma and 11 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience directing or mentoring recruiters and managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience building relationships across multiple stakeholders and negotiating, including vendor agreements.
• Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition practices, sourcing methodologies, labor market trends, recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experience recruiting executive-level talent and supporting workforce planning discussions.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience recruiting across software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data and AI, enterprise applications, and IT operations.
• Strong understanding of technology concepts, technical skill sets, and industry trends.
