Senior Recruiter (Contractor)

Location: Fully remote within eligible locations across North America; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require visa sponsorship. Central (CDT) or Pacific (PT) time zones preferred.

Salary: $62–$67 per hour in local currency, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment across clinical, engineering, product, AI, operations, corporate, commercial, and specialized functions.
• Manage approximately 8–15 active requisitions while maintaining hiring quality and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies, engage active and passive candidates, and build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct candidate screens, coordinate interviews, provide recommendations, and manage candidate communication.
• Lead offer discussions and negotiations in partnership with the People team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, technology, high-growth, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including specialized individual contributors and senior leadership.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder partnership, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with structured interviewing, candidate experience, and managing multiple concurrent requisitions.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS, plus collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, or similar.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship.
