Talent Acquisition Associate (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in the Plano, Texas office; in-office Tuesday through Thursday each week. Candidates must already have the right to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other channels.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines across multiple open roles.
• Screen resumes and applications against role requirements and conduct initial phone screens.
• Keep candidate records and pipeline stages accurate in Ashby.
• Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition on role requirements and sourcing criteria.
• Support candidate communication and interview scheduling.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a sourcer or recruiting associate.
• Experience supporting sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
• Experience screening resumes and applications against defined criteria.
• Clear and professional communication with candidates.
• Existing United States work authorization without employment-based visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, HRTech, payroll, or SaaS.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Ashby.
• Experience sourcing for technical or go-to-market roles.
