What you will do
- Partner with the Partner Marketing Director to define and execute GTM playbooks for channel partners, marketplace/integration partners, and strategic alliances.
- Own partner campaign asset strategy and performance management, including creative direction and continuous optimization using performance data.
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with demand gen, field marketing, and brand teams, including operational planning and performance tracking.
- Build partner enablement frameworks and toolkits to help partners sell and market effectively.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, analyze results, and communicate optimization recommendations tied to pipeline and revenue.
- Execute partner lifecycle campaigns across onboarding, scaling, and renewal stages.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, or related partner enablement/field marketing/account-based marketing roles.
- Proven track record launching partner marketing programs with measurable pipeline or revenue impact, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or professional services.
- Strong project and campaign management skills, including ownership from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting; proficiency with project management and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and operations and influence stakeholders without direct line authority.
- Experience creating or directing marketing assets (collateral, copywriting, video, case studies, digital content) with an on-brand portfolio.
- Comfort with marketing metrics and analytics platforms; ability to track, interpret, and communicate performance against KPIs.
