TL;DR

Payroll Analyst III (HR Operations): Managing end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll for a large employee population with an accent on accuracy, tax compliance, and system integration. Location: Hybrid (3 days on site per week in Las Vegas, NV, US)

Salary: $71,900 – $104,300 USD

What you will do

  • Process end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll for 2,000+ employees, scaling to 3,500.
  • Manage gross-to-net calculations, tax filings, payments, and garnishments.
  • Handle complex activities including terminations, adjustments, and tax amendments.
  • Utilize ADP GlobalView for payroll processing and ADP Workforce Manager for timekeeping.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external vendors to drive process improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries from employees and managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, specifically with multi-state payroll.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and ADP Workforce Manager.
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, filings, and compliance.
  • Advanced Excel and strong technical skills.
  • Proven ability to ensure payroll accuracy at scale in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in large, complex organizations or scaling teams.
  • Exposure to system integrations or payroll transitions.
