What you will do

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently, serving as the primary liaison between employees and third-party payroll vendors.
• Audit employee pay records and reconcile totals across different departments, locations, and countries.
• Interpret complex pay policies including vacation, leave of absence, disability, and union contracts to ensure correct deductions.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal and state payroll requirements and keep up-to-date with legal changes.
• Develop and document payroll processes and provide necessary training to department staff.
• Support internal audits, tax filings, and specialized tasks such as stock option exercises and sales commission reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• At least 10 years of total professional work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated payroll-related experience.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV
