What you will do

• Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for all US HR processes and employment law compliance.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and data integrity in HRIS and PEO systems.
• Oversee US benefits administration, 401(k) plans, and partner with global payroll to ensure accuracy.
• Lead formal employee relations cases, including performance improvement plans and policy guidance.
• Develop and maintain US HR policies, handbooks, and compliance reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure scalable processes and alignment with international priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience with deep knowledge of US employment law.
• Proven experience working with PEOs, specifically ADP TotalSource.
• Direct experience with 401(k) plan administration and benefits management.
• Strong HRIS experience, preferably with HiBob, focusing on data integrity and audits.
• Ability to operate independently as a trusted HR subject matter expert.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
