What you will do

• Act as the strategic and operational business partner (COO) for the AMER Communications, Media & Gaming (CMEG) leadership team.
• Manage the operational rhythm, including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and territory/account planning.
• Conduct rigorous and complex data analyses to guide investment, growth, and prioritization decisions at the executive level.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Recruiting, Programs, Marketing, and Partners to unblock growth.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions to automate workflows and improve the field experience.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and modern data tools (Databricks, Genie, Lakeview).
• AI-fluency with a track record of using AI tools as a productivity multiplier in daily workflows.
• Ability to produce executive-ready output with zero-defect operational rigor and high attention to detail.
• Strong strategic instinct and the ability to transform patterns into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting quantitative business cases to VPs and BU leadership.
• Must be based in Mountain View or San Francisco, California.
