Location: Must be based in New York, NY. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Salary: $184,000 - $230,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Drive the annual and in-year GTM planning cycle, including revenue planning, capacity planning, and quota design.
- Define and refine the go-to-market pricing framework, including deal structures and tiered packaging.
- Leverage AI-driven forecasting and anomaly detection to provide real-time visibility into revenue attainment and pipeline health.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing to shape investment decisions and revenue scenarios.
- Lead and develop the GTM Strategy & Planning team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Align commission structures and incentive programs with strategic GTM goals.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, management consulting, or investment banking.
- At least 3 years of experience in a people management role.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Proven track record of owning pricing strategy and monetization decisions.
- Advanced modeling skills in Excel and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and Salesforce.
