What you will do

• Serve as the primary commercial advisor for North America Enterprise Sales across the full sales cycle, focusing on deal structure, margins, and pricing strategy.
• Model and evaluate complex deal structures, including multi-year commits, ramp pricing, and enterprise license agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Finance, Legal, and RevOps to finalize non-standard deals.
• Maintain and evolve pricing policies, approval frameworks, deal templates, and playbooks.
• Mentor deal strategy analysts to improve their commercial judgment and execution.
• Analyze deal metrics such as discount rates and ACV trends to provide actionable insights for executive reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Deal Strategy, Deal Desk, Sales/Revenue Operations, or FP&A within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, Excel, and BI tools.
• Deep understanding of unit economics, margins, and commercial deal structuring.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in New York, NY
