What you will do

• Set and own the multi-year LATAM growth strategy across users, revenue, and market expansion.
• Manage the regional P&L, including forecasting, budget allocation, and investment trade-offs.
• Lead and develop Country Leads across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and other frontier markets.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between LATAM country teams and global functions like Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Champion localization across product, pricing, packaging, and messaging.
• Represent Canva externally to press, government, and ecosystem partners across the region.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving out-sized results and executing successful market pivots.
• Experience leading other leaders, such as Country GMs or Regional Directors.
• Demonstrated ability to stabilize or turn around underperforming markets systematically.
• Strong data-driven mindset with deep expertise in P&L management and unit economics.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (PT/ES).
• Deep cultural and customer exposure across Brazil and at least one other major LATAM market.
