What you will do

• Identify, strategize, and pursue new enterprise Voice & SMS business opportunities in the LATAM region.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert to educate prospects and align IDT products with their ecosystem requirements.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to optimize regional sales strategies.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing and transitioning accounts to the management team.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the SMS domain.
• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sales stages and drive KPIs.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience working with CRM applications.
