What you will do

  • Lead hirify.global’s expansion in Brazil, identifying and developing high-value opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with enterprise brands and agencies.
  • Lead strategic conversations with C-level stakeholders, delivering tailored presentations and positioning hirify.global as a strategic partner.
  • Build long-term relationships with agencies, brands, and industry partners in Brazil.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in HubSpot, achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing sales roles (agency, consultancy, or SaaS).
  • Strong background and deep understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
  • Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Rio or São Paulo (or willing to relocate).

Nice to have

  • SaaS/Martech experience.
