What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Career Pathways and Skills grantmaking initiatives, including design, planning, and execution.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing and prospective grantee partners.
• Oversee the full grant lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to monitoring progress and impact.
• Analyze American workforce trends and policies to inform strategic grant recommendations and identify ecosystem gaps.
• Represent the organization in external forums, networks, and working groups to share approaches to equity-centered grantmaking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting within CRM and GMS systems.

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of relevant work experience in grantmaking, including post-award management.
• Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel for internal and external meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
