Location: Must be based in the USA
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Career Pathways and Skills grantmaking initiatives, including design, planning, and execution.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing and prospective grantee partners.
- Oversee the full grant lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to monitoring progress and impact.
- Analyze American workforce trends and policies to inform strategic grant recommendations and identify ecosystem gaps.
- Represent the organization in external forums, networks, and working groups to share approaches to equity-centered grantmaking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting within CRM and GMS systems.
Requirements
- 6-7+ years of relevant work experience in grantmaking, including post-award management.
- Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel for internal and external meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, business, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience in philanthropy, workforce development, immigration, or refugee resettlement.
- Background in social sector consulting.
