What you will do

• Lead delivery of Salesforce implementation, Azure Data Lake completion, Northstar integration milestones, and operational tool rollouts.
• Own project plans, risk registers, RACI matrices, status dashboards, and governance processes across IT initiatives.
• Run SteerCo updates and executive-level project reporting.
• Manage vendor accountability, SLAs, and contracts, including CapTech, Salesforce, DocuSign.
• Coordinate between internal business teams and external vendors.
• Build and maintain PMO standards, templates, and processes.

Requirements

• Active PMP certification (firm requirement)
• 5+ years managing complex, multi-workstream IT projects
• SaaS implementation experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong vendor management and contract accountability
• Executive-level communication skills for business leaders
• Organized, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity in fast-moving environments
