What you will do

• Lead project delivery for Salesforce implementation, Azure Data Lake completion, Northstar integration, and operational tool rollouts.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, RACI matrices, and status dashboards across all IT initiatives.
• Conduct SteerCo updates and provide high-level project reporting for executives.
• Manage vendor accountability and track SLAs, ensuring a hard December 2026 Northstar MOU deadline is met.
• Coordinate collaboration between internal business teams and external vendors such as CapTech, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
• Build and maintain PMO standards, templates, and governance processes.

Requirements

• Active PMP certification is a firm requirement.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream IT projects.
• Experience with SaaS implementations, with Salesforce being a strong differentiator.
• Proven track record in vendor management and contract accountability.
• Strong executive-level communication skills to make complex IT projects legible to business leaders.
• Must be based in the United States.
