What you will do

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of K-12 state and district-level RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, product, and engineering teams to ensure accurate and compliant proposal submissions.
• Manage the processing and tracking of Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs) and vendor questionnaires.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on all proposal deliverables to ensure high standards.
• Conduct proposal retrospectives to document lessons learned and drive process improvements.
• Maintain and update the internal content library for procurement responses.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in proposal management, grants, or complex cross-functional project management, preferably in EdTech or K-12 education.
• Must be based in the Continental US or Hawaii.
• High proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.
• Strong research and synthesis skills with the ability to write persuasive, cohesive proposal sections.
• Experience using AI tools for editing and streamlining response workflows.
• Proven cross-cultural competency and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
