What you will do

• Own the entire sales process including prospecting, demos, trials, and closing to convert strategic public sector opportunities.
• Develop and nurture partnerships across federal and state agencies to establish a durable footprint in the ANZ region.
• Drive account growth post-close through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while championing customer feedback.
• Build deep product and vertical expertise to guide customers through advisory sessions and expansion.
• Operate autonomously within a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining alignment with APAC/ANZ team rhythms.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia
• 5+ years of Public Sector SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting net-new targets in Law Enforcement, National Security, or Defence.
• Strong network and credibility with senior officers across Australian and New Zealand public sector agencies.
• Solid grounding in crypto/digital assets, AI, and familiarity with AML/KYC regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage a multi-time-zone territory.
• Availability for regular travel within Australia/NZ (25–40% frequency).
