Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 USD

What you will do

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of convenings, roundtables, and capacity-sharing workshops.
• Translate convening strategies into clear agendas, run-of-show documents, and facilitation guides.
• Engage with partners before, during, and after events to ensure participation and gather actionable feedback.
• Capture and synthesize field insights to inform future convening approaches and strategy adjustments.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Philanthropy and Community team.
• Track partner engagement touchpoints in shared systems to maintain visibility and inform stewardship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in community development, social sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting events, convenings, or community-based initiatives.
• Experience working with immigrant-led, grassroots, or community-based organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate multi-stakeholder convenings and cross-sector partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the USA to fulfill the requirements of this remote role.
