Compensation: CAD 102,000 - CAD 131,000

What you will do
- Lead the development and maintenance of long-term, trust-based relationships with immigrant-led organizations and community coalitions.
- Co-author capacity-sharing and innovative convening strategies to translate organizational goals into clear delivery plans.
- Design and deliver modular learning offerings while setting quality standards for external consultants and team members.
- Develop and improve frameworks for measuring partner readiness to engage in systems change work.
- Manage staff and provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to direct reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate community insights into broader organizational strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Justice, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in community partnerships or ecosystem building, preferably within the philanthropic sector.
- Proven leadership experience in setting success measures and translating strategy into execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams, fostering inclusion and high-quality outcomes.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience designing learning environments that prioritize community capability.
- Must be based in Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, or Nova Scotia).
Nice to have
- Experience navigating immigration systems in the US or Canada.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills (e.g., French/English).
- Experience managing budgets and working with geographically distributed partners.
