What you will do

• Advise clients on carbon management and nature-based sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives and industry regulations.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and technical documents to communicate complex scientific findings.
• Contribute to revenue and lead generation through scope of work development and strategic commercialization.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing sustainability plans, including carbon reduction and supply chain decarbonization.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, including executives and sustainability teams, to ensure successful strategy implementation.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at industry conferences and workshops.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Professional experience in sustainability consulting, management consulting, or climate change mitigation.
• Degree in environmental science, agronomy, forestry, land use economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks like SBTi, GHG Protocol, and Paris Agreement.
• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and scope of work development.
• Expertise in food, agriculture, or forestry sectors.
