What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring contract fulfillment and SLA management.
- Partner with Sales and Engineering teams to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation of complex technical solutions.
- Conduct regular service and technology reviews to align product usage with customer business goals and ROI.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges by coordinating with internal support, product, and engineering teams.
- Develop and present customized business reviews to C-level and operational stakeholders.
- Mentor peers and contribute to internal knowledgebase content to improve team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of customer account relationship management experience.
- 5+ years of proven track record in Enterprise Account Relationship Management (presales or post-sales).
- Technical expertise in contact center technologies, telecommunications, LAN/WAN, and cloud-based software.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time within the USA.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
