Location: Must be based in the USA. Role is remote with 30% travel required for customer sites and company meetings.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring contract fulfillment and SLA management.
  • Partner with Sales and Engineering teams to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation of complex technical solutions.
  • Conduct regular service and technology reviews to align product usage with customer business goals and ROI.
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges by coordinating with internal support, product, and engineering teams.
  • Develop and present customized business reviews to C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to internal knowledgebase content to improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of customer account relationship management experience.
  • 5+ years of proven track record in Enterprise Account Relationship Management (presales or post-sales).
  • Technical expertise in contact center technologies, telecommunications, LAN/WAN, and cloud-based software.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time within the USA.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
