• Delegate tasks to the internal service team and provide leadership.
• Build and maintain proactive relationships through regular face-to-face meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role.
• Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
• Current Life and Health insurance license.
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quoting tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
