What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned banking clients to research and resolve product and service matters.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client staff and management to ensure long-term partnership viability.
• Conduct regular communication via conference calls and up to 25% travel for onsite face-to-face visits.
• Track and manage issue resolution for both new and existing customers across core platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure organizational support for client needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of back-office banking operations or customer relationship experience in the financial industry.
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time to client sites.
• Must reside within a 70-mile radius of specified office locations.
• Strong communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
