Location: Must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office in the USA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Compensation: $140,000–$147,000 base salary plus annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Translate leadership priorities into integrated operating plans, timelines, and success metrics.
• Design and evolve scalable operating models, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead the adoption and responsible use of AI across strategy and operations to drive measurable improvements.
• Own complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through execution.
• Build and maintain dashboards and documentation to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate across marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Experience in marketing operations, program management, or strategy within consulting, agency, or tech environments.
• Proven success embedding AI-enabled insights into workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in building dashboards, slide decks, and operational tools.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
